The standards for overhauling the engine are as follows:
1. Cylinder pressure difference: The cylinder compression pressure should meet the original design requirements. Use the tachometer and cylinder pressure gauge to check if it does not meet the requirements. It is unqualified. The pressure difference of each cylinder, the difference between the pressure of each cylinder and the average pressure of each cylinder shall not exceed 8%. Use the tachometer, cylinder pressure gauge or engine comprehensive analyzer to measure. When the engine cylinder pressure is lower than its standard value, there will be serious black smoke.

2. Large idling fluctuation: The engine idle speed runs stably, and its speed meets the original design requirements. The speed fluctuation is no more than 50r/min. Use the tachometer to conduct an operation test or measure it with an engine comprehensive analyzer.

3. Low power: The maximum power of the engine shall not be less than 90% of the original design calibration value. Use the dynamometer to measure the value according to relevant regulations.

4. Fuel consumption rate: The minimum fuel consumption rate of the engine should not be higher than the original design requirements.

5. Low torque: The maximum torque of the engine shall not be lower than 90% of the original design calibration value. It shall be checked with a dynamometer in accordance with relevant regulations. Any engine that seriously loses its working ability shall be overhauled.
