Working principle of hydraulic valve
The basic structure of a hydraulic valve mainly includes a valve body, a valve core, and a control device that drives the valve core to make relative motion inside the valve body. The main forms of valve cores are roughly divided into ball valves, slide valves, and cone valves; In addition to the valve body hole or valve seat hole that matches the valve core, there are also inlet and outlet ports and drain ports for external oil pipes on the valve body; The device that drives the relative movement of the valve core inside the valve body can be a manually adjustable mechanism, a spring, or an electromagnet. In some cases, hydraulic pressure drive is also used.
Different types of hydraulic valves, such as relief valves, pressure reducing valves, directional valves, etc., have different working principles and functions.
Working principle of overflow valve: In the quantitative pump throttling regulation system, the quantitative pump provides a constant flow rate. When the system pressure increases, the flow demand decreases. At this point, the overflow valve opens to bring the system to equilibrium.
Working principle of pressure reducing valve: It is mainly used to reduce the oil pressure of a certain branch of the system, so that there are two or more different pressures in the same system.
Working principle of electromagnetic directional valve: relying on its sealed chamber, there are through holes opened at different positions, each hole is connected to a different oil pipe, and different oil discharge holes are opened or closed by controlling the movement of the valve body to achieve hydraulic oil flow control.
